I turned on the tap and noted low PSI, after about 5 minutes started recording for 30+ minutes. Water was not being used by any other device on my property. I called next door neighbor who said his kitchen tap was very low too! I didn’t want to waste water and got a bucket to fill up and water yard plants. This 5 -10 PSI can happen daily but for sure weekly many times. These videos are just samples.

Part 2 – At 16:10 the PSI starts to increase to about the normal max 20 to 25PSI then decreases to 8ish PSI then back to 20 – 25psi, this is how it usually happens.

For 18 years, near daily my water pressure goes below 20psi legal regulations delivered to my to property, sometimes completely stops coming out. My doctor told me to report this to the EPA and OHA. Neighbors on Westlog, Charles, Bridges report same low PSI issues and I’ve personally seen two neighbors’ water PSI go below 20psi.
